  • Developing a 10MW Data Center near Austin due to its pro Data Center government. We are in the process of acquiring land (~3 months) with land identified. (Option extra land for a 10-20MW expansion)

  • Project costs to be de-risked by pre-leasing >40% of the asset to an operator for ~10+ years, early in the design stage (before construction).
  • Most Data Centers are not equipped for the current AI, Autonomous Driving, VR, etc. boom – Our Data Center will be!
